a. By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined herein.
b. The scope, duration, and specifics of the services will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement.

3. Payment:
a. Clients agree to pay fees as outlined in the Service Agreement.
b. Invoices are due within [specified timeframe] of receipt.
c. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property:
a. Unless otherwise specified, all intellectual property developed during the course of the project remains the property of Infinity Agency.

a. Infinity Agency agrees to keep client information confidential.
b. Clients agree not to disclose proprietary information about Infinity Agency without explicit consent.

6. Termination of Services:
a. Either party may terminate services with a written notice.
b. Termination may incur fees for work completed up to the termination date.

7. Changes to Scope:
a. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing.
b. Additional fees may apply for changes requested by the client.

8. Communication:
a. Clear and timely communication is essential for project success.
b. Clients agree to respond promptly to requests for information and feedback.

9. Limitation of Liability:
a. Infinity Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
b. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the services.

10. Governing Law:

a. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

11. Amendments:
a. Infinity Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes.

12. Entire Agreement:
a. These Terms and Conditions, along with any Service Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
